Marc E. Gold, Esq.

Marc is a founding partner of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox LLP. He represents a wide array of diverse clients on issues related to environmental regulatory compliance and permitting, particularly in the areas of site development, Brownfield remediation, and environmental due diligence in connection with corporate and real estate transactions. He was involved in drafting Pennsylvania’s Brownfields statute, the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act of 1995. Since then Marc has been representing clients involved in Brownfields remediation projects in several states, including sites that are also subject to federal corrective action under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.

Darryl D. Borrelli

Darryl has been the senior technical consultant at Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox LLP since 1992. He brings more than 30 years of experience and a practical approach to assisting the firm’s clients in solving their environmental problems. His background in industry (chemical, petroleum, manufacturing), finance and government provides him with a broad base of knowledge and experiences. He holds both Bachelors and Masters degrees in engineering."
