The American Council of Engineering Companies of South Carolina (ACEC-SC) Environmental Committee, in cooperation with NAEP-SC, the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT), the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services (SCDES) and the South Carolina Society of Professional Engineers (SCSPE) are convening engineering and environmental professionals that are engaged in environmental compliance, planning, and design of South Carolina’s civil infrastructure.
